Thinning the seedlings

What in the world am I going to do with all these seedlings! The large tray in the bottom of this picture had both sweet peppers and tomato seedlings growing in it. Once the peppers got to 2" the instructions said I should thin them to 2". Well I maybe have 1" of soil in this pan and therefore I decided to move them into peat pots and also plant directly into the garden. My theory is that if they fail in the garden I still will have tons in my little peat pots. Well I was successful in transplanting half the tray. The picture shows tomato (top left), pepper (bottom left), cucumber (top right) and an assortment (bottom right).
