Pepper Earthtainer

I had an extra rubbermaid and decided to make another modified Earthtainer for my peppers, at the back are from left to right fish, alma paprika and cayenne peppers. In the front are sweet peppers. I am going to have to seal the buds in little cloth bags so as not to cross-polinate. I know that peppers are self polinating but do I still need to do this even on fruit not used for seed. More research is needed.
