It's been a very long time since I last posted, but I wanted to make sure that I got something up to record the 2011 spring growing season. We've been very busy around here building 6 new beds and hauling a lot of dirt and compost.
Here are the seedlings from about a month ago. We ended up planting spinach, kale, yellow and green squash, potatoes, onions, bell pepper, cayenne pepper, sweet pepper, tomatoes, basil, eggplant, broccoli and swiss chard.
It's been an excellent growing season so far and I hope to be harvesting some very soon. The spinach and kale is ready now.
